Why do I have to register?
The registration process provides the necessary information for issuing invoices and the address required for delivery.
I am a legal entity, and I need an R1 account
In case you are a legal entity and need to issue an R1 invoice, when creating your order, enter the OIB of the company and in the Note field emphasize that you need an invoice for the company and enter all information about the legal entity.
I would like delivery to another address
In case you want delivery to a different address, when creating the order, you can change the data about the delivery address by selecting the change data field.
Is delivery charged?
The cost of delivery is €6 for orders up to €200. Orders over €200 have free delivery, except in the case of white goods orders, where we contact you individually regarding the delivery date and amount.
How is it possible to pay?
If you decide to shop via the web shop, one-time and installment payments are possible via card, credit card or cash on delivery in case of delivery.
What is cash on delivery?
The recipient defines the method of payment to the delivery person when collecting the shipment. Payment is exclusively in cash.
Can I buy in installments?
In case you have decided to buy in installments, you can do it:
One-time payment for all MasterCard cards, while installment payments are possible up to 6 installments for cards from the MB+ ERSTE portfolio, and up to 12 installments for cards issued by Zagrebačka Banka.
All Maestro cards can be paid once, while installment payments are possible up to 6 installments for cards from the MB+ ERSTE portfolio, and up to 12 installments for cards issued by Privredna Banka.
One-time payment for all Visa cards, while installment payments are possible up to 6 installments for cards from the MB+ ERSTE portfolio, up to 12 installments for Visa Business and Visa Avenue Mall cards issued by Zagrebačka banka and up to 12 installments for Visa cards issued by Privredna Banka.
With Visa Premium cards, with a one-time payment, installment payments of up to 12 installments are possible.
With Diners cards, with a one-time payment, installment payments of up to 12 installments are possible.
The minimum threshold for installment repayment is €66.36 (HRK 500).
Do you accept checks?
We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
The system does not accept my card?
Try to enter all digits without spaces or characters and make sure you entered the card control number.
Where is the card control number located?
You can find the card control number on the back of the card.
What if I missed the delivery?
In case you were not able to take delivery, DPD will leave you a notification and you have the option to arrange a new delivery date.
Where can I find my order details?
For each successfully completed order, an order is generated that you can review at the email address you provided during registration.

Make sure you have entered the correct username and then the password.
