Information form on the right to unilateral termination of a distance contract
1. The registered user has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the product purchased remotely.
2. The term is exclusive and begins to run from the day when the product that is the subject of the contract is handed over to the user, or a third person who is not the carrier.
3. In order for the user to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must notify us of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail in the form of a form for unilateral termination of the contract.
4. In case of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received on the basis of the contract.
5. The user must return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date of the declaration of termination of the contract. Exceeding this deadline results in the loss of the right to unilateral termination, i.e. the return of the payment.
6. The cost of returning the product is borne by the user.
7. The user also bears the cost of any reduction in the value of the goods (Article 77 of the Commercial Code) (unpacked goods, lost documentation and parts, damage, use of the goods, etc.), except for what was necessary to determine the nature, features and functionality.
8. If the product is returned defective, with major damages or without parts and documentation, and if the same is not delivered within a subsequent period of 8 days, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to return the goods and the Seller is not obliged to return the funds paid.
9. Interjeri Tičinović d.o.o. will refund the amount paid only after the product is returned to him, that is, after the user provides him with proof that the product was sent back in the same way as it was delivered to him.
