The purchase can be made with the customer’s confirmation that he has understood the General Terms and Conditions and that he accepts them. Shopping is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunications services required to access the service.

Only their legal representatives can request the purchase of products in the name and on behalf of minors or persons deprived of business capacity (completely or partially).

The purchase is made by ordering the available products, which the customer chooses based on the photo and basic description. The purchase is made in a few simple steps in the comfort of the customer’s home, from anywhere in the world.



In our web store, we always try to display the descriptions and photos of the offered products as accurately as possible. Despite our efforts, it may occasionally happen that certain products do not have a photo or that there are certain minor errors or discrepancies. We will try to fix all of the above as soon as possible.



We regularly monitor and match data on product availability with the state of our warehouse. However, it can sometimes happen that a product is displayed in the webshop, even though it is no longer in stock. In such a case, we will inform you about it as soon as possible after receiving the order, and you can change it, cancel it or wait for the product to be available again.



All listed prices are shown in euros (EUR). VAT is included in the price.

The price of goods is determined for each product individually. The process of entering the price on the page for each product is subject to multi-level control, but regardless of this, there is a possibility of error because it is a human factor, and by the nature of things, it cannot be an automatic entry.

Delivery to the desired address

Delivery of orders is not charged either in Croatia or outside Croatia, it is free for the entire world. Delivery is possible all over the world, and we deliver shipments through our partner DPD.

If you have chosen delivery as an option, we will deliver the products to you mostly within one to three working days of your order or after recording receipt of payment if you pay by offer (it may take a day or two depending on the bank). Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery, and where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule and the order of goods from external suppliers. Due to the greater demand for delivery (due to the larger dimensions of the product), the delivery time for white goods products in most cases takes three to seven working days. Delivery is made on working days from Monday to Friday.

When sending the order, we will send you an e-mail with a notification about the shipment and the expected delivery date.

When picking up the product when the delivery is made to the desired address, you are obliged to present a valid identity card to our employee or courier, at his request, and in order for him to be convinced of the identity of the recipient, and to sign the delivery note or delivery note, which will constitute proof of the completed delivery .

With your signature upon collection, you confirm that you have collected the package (or packages) in an undamaged condition. After you have collected the package, the delivery service is not responsible for any complaints, damage or reduction of the contents of the collected package, except with proof that the damage did not occur after delivery.

If you do not pick up the product or refuse to pick up the product without a valid reason, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the costs of handling, transport and other possible costs.



We are responsible for material defects of the product.

There is a disadvantage:

    1. if the thing does not have the necessary properties for its regular use or for traffic,
    2. if the thing does not have the necessary properties for the special use for which the buyer acquires it, which was known to the seller or should have been known to him,
    3. if the thing does not have properties and characteristics that are explicitly or tacitly contracted, i.e. prescribed,
    4. when the seller has delivered a thing that is not equal to the sample or model, unless the sample or model is shown for information only,
    5. if the item does not have properties that normally exist in other items of the same type and which the buyer could reasonably expect based on the nature of the item, especially taking into account the public statements of the seller, manufacturer and their representatives about the item’s properties (advertisements, labeling of items, etc.).
    6. if the item is improperly assembled, provided that the assembly service is included in the fulfillment of the sales contract,
    7. if improper assembly is due to deficiencies in the assembly instructions.

The buyer is obliged to inform the seller about the existence of visible defects within two months from the day he discovered the defect, and at the latest within two years from the transfer of risk to the buyer. When, after receiving the item by the buyer, it turns out that the item has a defect that could not be detected during a normal inspection when taking over the item, the buyer is obliged, under threat of loss of rights, to notify the seller of this defect within two months from the day the defect discovered.

In the event that the replacement or repair is impossible to perform or involves disproportionate costs, Interijeri Tičinović d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse them.

The seller is not responsible for defects that appear after two years have passed since the item was handed over. The rights of the buyer who timely informed the seller about the existence of a deficiency expire after the expiration of two years, counting from the day of sending the notification to the seller, unless the buyer was prevented from realizing them due to the seller’s fraud.

If the existence of a material defect is determined, the seller may have one of the following obligations, all in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Obligatory Relations according to the consumer’s choice:

    1. elimination of deficiency,
    2. delivery of another product without defects,
    3. price reduction.

The buyer can terminate the contract only if he has previously given the seller a subsequent appropriate term for the fulfillment of the contract.

The buyer can terminate the contract even without leaving a subsequent deadline if the seller, after notifying him of the defects, has informed him that he will not fulfill the contract, or if it is obvious from the circumstances of the specific case that the seller will not be able to fulfill the contract even in the subsequent deadline, as well as in the case where the buyer, due to the seller’s delay, does not can achieve the purpose for which he concluded the contract.

If the seller does not fulfill the contract in the subsequent period, it is terminated according to the law itself, but the buyer can keep it if he declares to the seller without delay that he keeps the contract in force.

If the defect or defect is not adequately removed by repair or replacement, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract (refund), unless it is a minor defect in the goods.

When the buyer is a legal entity, the rules on material deficiency prescribed by the Obligatory Relations Act apply to him.



The warranty, technical instructions, assembly instructions and instructions for use are attached to the product that has the specified documentation.

You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period of 14 days begins to run from the day when the product is handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.

If the consumer orders several pieces of products in one order that should be delivered separately, that is, if it is a question of goods that are delivered in several pieces or in several shipments, the 14-day period begins to run from the day when the consumer or a third party specified by the consumer, and which is not the carrier, handed over the last piece or the last shipment of the product.

If a regular delivery of goods is contracted for a certain period, the 14-day period begins on the day when the first piece or the first shipment of the product is handed over to the consumer or a third person designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.

If the consumer is not informed about the right to terminate the contract, the right of the consumer to unilaterally terminate the contract ends after 12 months from the expiration of the 14-day period.

If the seller has provided the consumer with a notice of the right to terminate the contract within 12 months, the right to unilaterally terminate the contract ends at the end of the 14-day period from when the consumer received that notice.



In order for the consumer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must notify the seller in writing of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry of the 14-day period, by an unequivocal statement sent by mail to the address of the headquarters Glavice 640 A, Sinj 21230, Croatia or by electronic mail to the address: info@chip-top.com, in which he will state his first and last name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, and he can also, at his own choice, use the form for unilateral termination of the contract found here.



If the consumer unilaterally terminates this Agreement, the seller will return the money received from him. We are not obliged to reimburse additional costs resulting from the consumer’s explicit choice of a type of transport that is different from the cheapest type of standard transport offered by the trader.

The refund will be made in the same way the consumer made the payment. In the event that the consumer agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he will not bear any costs in relation to the return.



In case of cancellation of the contract, the consumer is obliged to return the product at his own expense within 14 days from the cancellation of the contract, undamaged, in the original packaging, to the branch office of Interijeri Tičinović d.o.o. at the address Glavice 640 A, Sinj 21230, Croatia, in the period from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. :00 h, Monday-Friday, with prior notice to e-mail info@chip-top.com.

If the consumer sends the goods by post, he bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

It is considered that the consumer has fulfilled his obligation to return the goods on time if he sends the goods or hands them over to the seller or a person authorized by the seller to receive the goods before the expiry of the deadline.

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

In order for the consumer to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, he can handle the goods and inspect the goods exclusively in the way that is customary when buying goods at the seller’s premises. The goods that the buyer intends to return within 14 days may not be modified, used, or undertaken in particular any actions that may not be undertaken in the physical branch of the seller, as well as those that would reduce the value of the goods.

In the event of a decrease in the value of the product as a result of handling the product, the seller will be charged from the amount of the purchase price received in the proportion of the decrease in the value of the goods according to his own assessment, taking into account the objective criteria of each individual case.



The right to terminate the sales contract is not allowed in the cases provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.



All complaints in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act can be sent by email to info@chip-top.com or by mail to the address of the headquarters.

In order for Interiera Tičinović d.o.o. to respond to a consumer’s written complaint that was not sent by e-mail, consumers are asked to provide accurate information about their first and last name and the address to which the response will be delivered.

The answer to the consumer’s complaint is legally required to be given in writing by Interijera Tičinović d.o.o. within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

In the event of a possible dispute, Interijeri Tičinović d.o.o. and the consumer will try to resolve the dispute amicably, and if this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia will be competent in terms of actual and local jurisdiction, applying Croatian law.

The resolution of disputes is possible before the Court of Honor of the HGK or other centers for conciliation.
